Henry Ward Ranger

Henry Ward Ranger opened a studio in New York during the year 1884. Starting in 1899, he spent his summers sketching. During the year 1900, he assisted with establishing an artists’ colony in Old Lyme, Connecticut. His specialty was forest paintings.
